Faculty
Granted, our students are very motivated individuals and excel at what they do, but at the head of the class you will always find one of Washington State University's enthusiastic professors.
Graduate students
When you enroll in the graduate program in Horticulture at Washington State University, you become part of a team of students, faculty, and staff who are dedicated to the scientific and intellectual pursuit of knowledge in horticulture.
Undergraduate students
Along with our graduate students we take pride in furthering the education and research experience of motivated undergraduate students as well. Working along side graduate students, undergraduates have the opportunity to learn while they work in a real, exciting, lab setting on the cutting edge of today's technology.
High school students
Though we are located on the campus of Washing State University we are not exclusive to the college students. We are pleased to have the future of research working in our lab. High school students are allowed to gain an invaluable insight into the world of research through a collaboration between their high school and the university. Working alongside of us they are given the opportunity to learn what it means to be a research scientist. The interaction with our students and professors will prepare them for a rich and successful college career.
Collaborators
We love apples as much as the next person but we're not in this for ourselves. There is a world of growers that are very interested in what we do, why and how we do it, and how we can promote the qualities in fruit that consumers will want. These individuals, associations, and corporations are right there with us in the work that we do.
Office staff
All of the work that goes on in our research facility could not be accomplished without the nelp of a few good people that help us make it happen and it is important to let them know that we appreciate all that they do.
Former lab members
We hated to see them leave but all good things come to an end.
