About Me
After several years of experience as a lab manager working in molecular biology labs I recently returned to school to develop business acumen to complement my biotech background. My interest is in developing data management systems with the goal of improving the logistical processes that govern the laboratory environment. Ultimately, this means minimizing the time and financial impedance of these processes on grant supported, and, therefore, financially limited, work groups as well as freeing up this time to allow the focus of scientists to be on, as it should be, the science.
Goals
My goal in the Dhingra Lab is to improve the overall organization and create a system that will alleviate the pains of ordering, lab equipment issues, lab work related to shared equipment, and to make everyone’s life a little less stressed by being a buffer between the tedium of this work and their scientific endeavors.
